Program Description
Our youth-focused strength and conditioning program focuses on engaging young athletes ages 10-15 with enjoyable workouts that layer speed and agility drills with strength training exercises to increase overall fitness and athleticism.
Check out the Wrecking Crew Academy which offers year-round instruction for both the elementary and high school wrestlers in Scholastic, Freestyle and Greco-Roman styles of wrestling. Wrecking Crew Academy draws students from all over South and Central Jersey and also Eastern Pennsylvania.
