Min 1 – 5 pull ups, 10 push ups, 15 Squats
Min 2 – 5 Clean & Jerks 135/95
Min 3 – 4 HSPU, 8 KB Swings (53/35)
Min 4 – 5 Snatch 135/95

Repeat 3 more times for a total of 16 Minutes. Finish each set of exercises in the minute and rest the remainder.
