Power Snatch + OHSQ complex (10 Sets of 1 Complex @70%)

This complex will be done with 1 Power Snatch + 1 OHSQ. There will be a pause in the catch position of the power snatch then ride down the OHSQ. Keep weight at 70% and practice!
