Hang Snatch (Regionals Style)

Do a 10 Minute Warm Up. Determine your opening Hang Snatch. Every 2 Minutes at :00, 2:00 and 4:00 Complete 1 Hang Snatch. Must have a successful lift completed before moving up in weight. If you fail the lift, you may try again in the next time frame.

5 Minutes Max Distance Burpee Broad Jump

Rest 1 Minute

4 Minutes Max Distance Walking Lunge

Rest 1 Minute

3 Minutes Max Wall Balls

Set up 100 Foot course for max distance. Try not to take ANY steps between burpee broad jumps or lunges!
