Death by 10 Yards
Every minute on the minute you will run 10 yards. You will add 10 yards on each minute.
Minute 1 run 10 yards
Minute 2 run 20 yards
Minute 3 run 30 yards
Can be done inside the gym with a single 10 yard distance running back and forth. If it’s nice we will do it outside on the street in the back of the building. Set up 10 yard markers with KBs.
