:30 HS Hold
L-Sits will be done hanging from pull up bar if you can not hold for :30 straight, drop down rest then go up again to complete your :30. Pistols will be done and scaled to each persons ability. Remember that a true one legged squat uses no equipment. Scale with med ball, bands, box or rig assistance.
