EMOM – Try for a female/male team if classes can accommodate.

Min 1 – 1 Burpee/1 KBS
Min 2 – 2 Burpees/2 KBS
Min 3 – 3 Burpees/3 KBS

Continue until ONE partner can’t finish the amount of reps in the minute.
