Start at middle cone – run right 5 Yards turn and run left 10 yards and finish with 10 yard sprint.

Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)

150 Double Under Buy In

Then:

10 Alt OH Lunge 95/65
10 KBS

Scale to 75 Double Unders or 300 Singles

Score will be Double Unders plus Reps completed in 10 Minute time frame.
