Max Distance Med Ball Toss
Max Distance Partner Med Ball Toss – One partner tosses med ball other partner must catch ball and throw from where they caught it for total distance

Burpee Relay – 10 Minutes
With a partner
At the starting line partner A will perform 10 Burpees then run down to the wall and back while Partner B waits
Partner B will then perfrom 10 Burpees and run down to the wall and back
Every Minute on the minute, no matter where you are in your run each partner must perform 10 V-Ups
