The Hand Release Push Ups can be done however you would like with only 1 person working at a time. Partner burpees are performed with one partner lying face down on the ground. The burpee is complete once you have jumped over your partner. You MUST alternate every 2 burpees. Each Person has to Buddy Carry 200M to end the round.
