On the first day of CrossFit Dave and Kristen gave to me.

1 Muscle snatch just for me

On the 2 day of Crossfit Dave and Kristen gave to me 2 burpee pull ups and a muscle snatch just for me.

On the third day of Crossfit Dave and Kristen gave to me 3 front squats, 2 burpee pull ups, and a muscle snatch just for me.

On the fourth day of Crossfit Dave and Kristen gave to me 4 clean jerks, 3 front squats, 2 burpee pull ups and a muscle snatch just for me

On the fifth day of Crossfit Dave and Kristen gave to me 5 TOES TO BAR. 4 clean jerks, 3 front squats, 2 burpee pull ups, and a muscle snatch just for me.

On the sixth day of Crossfit Dave and Kristen gave to me six med ball cleans and 5 toes to bar. 4 clean jerk 3 front squats 2 burpee pulls and a muscle snatch just for me

On the seventh day of Crossfit Dave and Kristen gave to me 7 hand release pushups 6 med ball cleans 5 toes to bar. 4 clean and jerks 3 front squats 2 burpee pull ups and muscle snatch just for me.

On the eighth day of CrossFit Dave and Kristen gave to me 8 sumodeadlifts 7 hand release pushups 6 med ball cleans 5 toes to bar. 4 clean and jerks 3 front squats 2 burpee pull ups and a muscle snatch just for me.

On the ninth day of Crossfit Dave and Kristen gave to me 9 air squats 8 dumo deadlifts 7 hand release pushups 6 med ball cleans 5 toes to bar 4 clean and jerks 3 front squats 2 burpee pull ups and a muscle snatch just for me

On the tenth day of Crossfit Dave and Kristen gave to me 10 wall balls 9 air squats 8 sumo deadlifts 7 hand release pushups 6 med ball cleans 5 toes to bar 4 clean and jerks 3 front squats 2 burpee pull ups and a muscle snatch just for me

On the 11 day of CrossFit Dave and Kristen gave to me 11 box jumps 10 wall balls 9 air squats 8 sumo deadlifts 7 hand release pushups 6 med ball cleans 5 toes to bar 4 clean and jerks 3 front squats 2 burpee pull ups and a muscle snatch just for me

On the 12 day of Crossfit Dave and Kristen gave to me 12 rope climbs 11 box jumps 10 wall balls 9 air squats 8  sumo deadlifts 7 hand release pushups 6 med ball cleans 5 toes to bar 4 clean and jerks 3 front squats 2 burpee pull ups and a muscle snatch just for me.
