Warm-Up / Skills

5 Burpees Every :30 Seconds for 10 minutes

3 Rounds
1 Minute Power Snatch
1 Minute Shuttle Run
1 Minute Push Jerks
1 Minute rest

Result Type: AMRAP
Male Rx: 115 lbs
Female Rx: 75 lbs

These are 1 minute max effort exercises.  Score will be total reps completed throughout the 3 rounds.  The bar for the Power Snatch and the Push Jerks will be the same.  The Shuttle run will be up and back from wall to wall in the room.  Each room length will count as 1 rep, so up is 1 – back is 2 – up is 3 etc…
