As a 3-5 man/woman team Complete
4 Rope Climbs
10 Power Cleans (155/115)
20 Burpees
30 Thrusters (95/65)
40 Deadlifts (205/145)

Then:
As a team Run 800M

One person will start at the Ropes. As soon as that person is done with the ropes they move onto the Power Cleans and the next person can start on their ropes. As soon as the person doing the power cleans is done the will move onto the burpees and the person that just did their ropes can start on Power Cleans and the next person can start on their ropes. Once everyone has completed their Deadlifts you will take off on your run. Once the last person is back from the run the clock will stop.
