Reps: 5 Reps
Comment: 5 Minutes
With a Partner set up the weight on 2 bars and alternate by one person completing 5 reps while the other rests and vice versa for the entire 5 minutes.

One rep equals barbell must go up and over box (24″/20″) touching the ground on the other end
