We’re going running! We will meet at Lenape High School Track at 9AM. If you’re not sure how to get there the address is 235 Hartford Road, Medford NJ 08055, or just keep driving down 541 until you reach Church (light by WAWA) and make a right – you will see Lenape at the next light. Park either in the circular drive, which is just past the light or continue past the tennis courts and there’s a large parking lot. Walk to the track for a fun one!
Warm Up:
Jog 1 Mile
WOD:
Sprint 400M – rest exactly the amount of time it took you to run 400M – X4
Sprint 200M – rest exactly the amount of time it took you to run 200M – X4
Sprint 100M – rest exactly the amount of time it took you to run 100M – X4
The idea behind this workout is to see how well you recover after an fast run. These runs shouldn’t be ran at 100% but they should be ran at a fast time that you can repeat or stay close to repeating throughout the 4 runs.
Results will be total time it took to complete all sprints plus rest times.
