Warm Up:

Med Ball Relay

WOD:

Partner 30 Minute AMRAP

10 Thrusters

10 Box Jumps

Run 400M

Partner A will be doing 10 Thrusters – Partner B will be resting.  When Partner A is finished the Thrusters, Partner B will begin the thrusters.  Then you will move onto the box jumps with Partner A starting and Partner B resting.  This sequence will be followed for the entire WOD.
