3/26/2012 WOD

Over the past 5 weeks the Crossfit Games Open has presented us with many challenges.  We have done burpees, snatches, box jumps, toes to bar, push presses, wall balls, double unders, muscle ups, thrusters and chest to bar pull ups(may be missing some).  Man – I am tried just from typing all of that.  It represented true CrossFit methods by showing us, each week, that we need to be strong, well rounded and have an imdomitable mindset.  All of our athletes, that were able to particpate, showed this and you guys rocked each and every workout.  We deal with the unknown and unkowable daily and CrossFit makes us better for it.  Back to the Grind Ladies and Gents…Sronger, Faster, Fitter…
