Proceed through the sequence below completing as many reps as possible in 10 minutes of:
75/45 pound Snatch, 30 reps
135/75 pound Snatch, 30 reps
165/100 pound Snatch, 30 reps
210/120 pound Snatch, as many reps as possible
-A few things we wanted to point out when approaching this WOD. If you have never snatched the prescribed weights, today is not the time to start. Just like all of our workouts, this WOD can and will be scaled. We will do the power snatches before the WOD for those that simply do not know how much they can snatch and those that did not make it to Friday’s WOD to practice. A good example of scaling 12.2 would be 75# 30 reps, 95# 30 reps, 115# 30 reps etc.
