Saturday’s Open WOD – Depending on how many of us show up we will be running more than 1 heat.  We will be performing a warm up followed by review of movement standards and then the WOD.  We encourage you to bring your friends and family to come cheer you on as you attack this workout.  It would be great if we had a good group of people helping us get that one extra rep!  If you plan on doing the workout Saturday, please let us know ahead of time.  E-mail crossfitmedford@gmail.com .
