Skill/Strength:
3 x Timed Shuttle Run
WOD:
8 Rounds for total time
10 Burpees
15 Alternating Jumping Lunges
20 Sit Ups
2 Shuttle Runs
Rest 90 Seconds
The idea behind this is to have an all out round each time. You will have 90 seconds in between each round to recover. The Shuttle run will be from the wall to each tape line on the mats. Have fun with this and Go Hard!
