This week is the last week of the Wendler 5 3 1 programming. Next week we will be redoing our 1 rep maxes in the lifts we have concentrated on during this wave of the Wendler programming. Hit your percentages off of the 90% 1RM. We will test to see how strong we got this month, next week. We know most of you feel stronger (that is the point) but stay with the program so we can see how effective it has been.
