How did you find CrossFit: It was mentioned to me from a buddy of mine, knowing him I figured it was something crazy 🙂
Athletic Background: I play baseball, softball and football
How has CrossFit changed your life, lifestyle and overall level of fitness: Besides, improving my strength, cardio and technique.  Crossfit has altered the way I workout because I no longer waste time in a gym.  Crossfit simply pushes my V02 max every single workout, creating better results than I would outside of the box

Name one goal or achievement you would like to achieve through CrossFit:

A set of muscle-ups 🙂
What Hobbies or Interests do you have outside of CrossFit: Motorcycle riding, Hanging with Family and Friends
What is something about you that most people wouldn’t know: When I tell people that I was born in Honduras and I speak Spanish fluently, they think that I’m lying
Any advice for new members: Go Hard each time in the box.  Listen, watch and learn.  All else fails just listen to the music and forget where you are for the stretch.  Good luck!
