We will be programming some of the open workouts from last year so that you can get a sense of where you stand. Visit the CrossFit Games site to see how your score would fare against the other athletes that participated in the opens last year. Registration for this years opens starts on February 1st. I would suggest you all register and give it a shot. We will be holding the wods at our place every Saturday in a competition like format with judges – the whole nine. Get fired up!
