15 Minutes 1RM Back Squat

10 Minutes 1RM Press

15 Minutes 1RM DeadLift

-In preparation for our first 4 Week Mesocycle of the Wendler 5-3-1 Program we will do the “CrossFit Total”. This total consists of finding your 1RM in 3 areas: Backsquat, Deadlift, ShoulderPress.  The Sum of all 1RM will give you your CrossFit Total.  You can then reference this chart to see where exactly you fit into the rankings.  At the end of the month we will hit this WOD again and see how much progress we have made.
