Strength:

Ring Dips

3 X Max Reps

5 Rounds for Time:

12 Front Squats

9 Hang Power Cleans

6 Push Jerks

This is a grinder.  Choose a weight that is manageable but challenging at the same time.  This is inspired by the Hero workout “DT” which has a prescribed weight of 155.  You will be working for 15-20 minutes.  Remember to keep your rest times short and attack each exercise as hard as you can.
