This is a Benchmark WOD meaning that we will see this workout again.  We are tracking your individual results but the only way to truly know if you are improving is if you keep track of them yourselves.  There are many ways to do this and the easiest way is to start a blog or write in a journal.  Track the workouts you are doing, how you felt at certain points during the workout, how you think you could improve your strength or time and how awesome you felt when you completed it.  The cool thing about starting a blog is that your friends and family can follow you through your CrossFit journey.  Then you can always look back and compare results to see how you are making progress.  We look forward to following our athletes blogs and progress!
