Warm Up:

Run 800M

100 Jumping Jacks

Strength:

Overhead Squats

10 minutes to work towards 3 Rep Max

WOD:

12 Minute AMRAP

10 Sumo Deadlift High Pulls

15 Box Jumps

7 Burpees

 

There was a great article posted to the CrossFit Journal by Mark Divine, Navy SEAL and founder of SealFit.  He spoke about the secrets of true mental toughness.  It is a great read and maybe you can incorporate some of the techniques he speaks about into your daily routine or your daily WODs.
