Skill Work-

Max Time Handstand Holds 3 sets rest 1 minute between sets

WOD- Death by Push Ups/Sit Ups

Do 1 push up and 1 sit up the first minute

Do 2 push ups and 2 sit ups the 2nd minute

Continue until you can no longer complete the round
