We make getting started at Crossfit Medford easy.  Please send us an e-mail and we can schedule your FIRST FREE CLASS!  We offer Crossfit training to anyone.    Remember that you do not need to get in shape before starting CrossFit.  Showing up is the first step toward greater fitness and remaining consistent in your training will lead to great results.

 

The 9 foundational movements:

Squat

Front Squat

Overhead Squat

Shoulder Press

Push Press

Push Jerk

Deadlift

Sumo Deadlift High Pull

Medicine Ball Clean

In addition to the 9 foundational movements, we will also cover scaled versions of the push up, sit up, pull up, box jumps, wall balls, kettlebell swings, rowing and running.

As you progress in your training we will start to teach more advanced bodyweight and olympic weightlifting movements such as; burpee, clean, snatch, thruster, jumping rope and many more.
